How can I return a product ordered from shivanipublications.com?

Once an order is shipped from our warehouse it cannot be returned. We at Shivani Publications have a no return policy.

In any case, where the parcel that was dispatched gets returned back to us, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:

 

Refund amount = Amount paid by the customer - Return fee

 

The return fee constitutes of three components:

1. Shipping charge for sending books from our warehouse to your city.

2. Shipping charge for return shipping books from your city to our warehouse. Same amount as the shipping charge for sending the books.

3. Service charge of INR 50.

The refund will be processed only after we receive the parcel back in our office.

In case any refund has to be sent to a customer, it is processed in 15-20 days.
